PayPal Purchases

For most users, this is a quick, convenient way to make a purchase, but from time to time some customers have experienced difficulties using the system. This page provides tips and advice to help you complete your order online using PayPal.

PayPal Speed Tips

  1. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to make a ticket purchase. When you are presented with the choice "Don't have a PayPal Account?", please choose it (click "Secure Checkout").
  2. You do not need to indicate a shipping address. You may choose "Shipping is not required", as tickets are not mailed out before events.

PayPal Procedure

When you exit the checkout, you are taken to the PayPal site. Here are some screens you might encounter along the way. Click on the images to enlarge them.

Checkout: no PayPal account

You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to make a ticket purchase. When you reach this screen, please choose the "Continue" link on the left side of the screen, under Don't have a PayPal account?.

If PayPal senses* that you have an account with them, it will ask you whether you want to log in to your PayPal account. If you're not accustomed to using PayPal for purchases, simply avoid it by filling in your credit card information on this page. If your address is incorrect, click the Change link and update the address fields.

Review Payment

Review the information entered, if it is correct, click the "Pay Now" button for the transaction to be completed.
